Each package includes revision rounds during the build. After launch, our Ongoing Support package ($45 per 30-min block, 30 min minimum) covers content updates, price changes, minor tweaks, and small redesigns — with no lock-in contract. Book it whenever you need it.

Yes. We build sites that are easy to update, and we'll walk you through how to make basic changes yourself. If you'd rather just call us when something needs updating, that's what our support package is for.

Absolutely. While we're based on the Sunshine Coast and love working with local businesses, we work with clients all over Australia. Everything can be done remotely — by phone, text, or video call.

Hosting isn't included in the package price, but we make it easy. We'll recommend an affordable hosting provider, help you get set up, and walk you through everything. The only ongoing costs are hosting (~$5–15/month depending on the provider) and your domain name (~$20/yr). You own both.

You pay 50% upfront to kick things off, and the remaining 50% when the site is ready to go live. You don't pay the second half until you're happy with the result.
